Cancellation Terms

You are booking an activity with very specific time slots and available spaces. This means your booking may prevent others from booking at a specific time on a specific date and is therefore subject to a recognised cancellation policy for sporting activity bookings and in-line with Regulation 6 within the Distance Selling Regulations issued by the Office of Fair Trading.

This means that, once the booking is in place, your right to cancel without penalty ends.For cancellations made more than 31 days prior to the booked date, we will offer a full refund. No refund is available if cancelling within 31 days or less prior to the booked date.

We will do our best to accommodate requests to reschedule, please see our rescheduling policy below.

You are more than welcome to resell or gift your tickets to someone else as long as they meet the minimum requirement to participate. Please be aware: disclaimers are not transferable and a new document will need to be completed.

Our accepted date of cancellation is when your written cancellation is acknowledged in writing by us. The 31 day rule includes weekends and bank holidays. Any reduction in numbers must also be in writing and acknowledged in writing by us to be considered valid. Changes in participant numbers are subject to the same cancellation charges as stated above. Verbal changes and cancellations are not accepted in any circumstances. To cancel a booking, you must email: info@megaslipandslide.com

Force Majeure, Major Incident or Forced Closure

Full refunds will be offered should we need to cancel a session. No refunds will be given on the day if a member of group decides not to slide.

Rescheduling Policy

You can request to reschedule your activity 14 days prior to your activity. We will only accommodate requests, if the correct notice has been given and only if there is sufficient space to move the booking.

We are unable to accept or make rescheduling requests verbally and all requests must be submitted in writing to: info@megaslipandslide.com. We are unable to offer a refund if no suitable space is found.

Neither Mega Slip and Slide, Eola, our employees or affiliates are permitted to broker the re-selling of tickets.

Private Booking Deposit Refund

When a deposit is taken for a private booking, we reserve availability and prevent others from booking specific time slots.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the remaining cost of the booking must be paid one calendar month before the date of your booking. If the remaining cost is not paid on time (without explanation), your booking may be treated as a cancellation, without notice, resulting in a loss of deposit. Lost deposits are not transferable to new bookings.

If the balance has been paid, you will be issued a refund equal to the cost of your booking less the lost deposit.
